Hey PSS-270!
Thanks a Lot!
sorry I wasn't checking this forum much in the last months!
Yes, I have a lot of tunes on the gameboy and more waiting to be recorded.
Need a bit of update but there is some of my music: http://gainlad.com/neo.htm
also working in mainstream electro like this:
http://myspace.com/ignat and http://angelfire.com/droid/ignat
I have a big love for old casios, like vl-1, vl-5, mt-40, mt-65, sa-1, sa-5, I was being a bit lazy to record and process loops, I'm too taken by cubase, vsti's, eq's & compressions
I'm trying to keep month updates in http:/gainlad.com releases
yes, toy keyborads rule!! Please feel free to email me for a release of your music
( quiebre at yahoo dot com )
I love your work also!
thanks again!
chippin love . Ignat

Hi there!
Well, if you like Cubase, just use loops from little-keys and put them into Cubase, man.
I assemble my trax using CoolEdit Pro, for instance.
Well, my the newest track is "Gear-wheels inside me"
http://8bitcollective.com/music/PSS_270 … ide_me.mp3
made on three toys: YAMAHA PSS-270, CASIO MA-120, CASIO SA-5
Best regards.

Yes that's me ))
Man, I'm really a big fan of your music, I've been enjoying that track from a while ago!!
I carry it on my mp3 player all the time one of my favourite lo-bit productions actually,
higly recomended! This man haves gold in his fingers!!
(sa-5, sk-5 great guys! I saw a pss-290 in a 2nd hand store, is it that good as the 270 you use?? )

Heheheh, thanx.
Well, I suppose that PSS-290 has similar (the same?) engine like the 270 has.
But bigger PSS had much more possibilities of sound edition.
I'm wondering how good for micromusic/chip would be PSS-780 (picture: http://photos.allegro.pl/photos/orygina … /125987283 )
Anyway - let me know when you make any new song with toy-keybords, hehehhe.

...btw - I put on the Net my the newest toy-keboard track.
here is its description:
"This time I wanted to check out if it's possible to make a chip/micromusic song using only CASIO SA-5 (a very small toy-keyboard, much smaller than C64 for instance). Here is the result of my efforts".
