mixer to go ^_^

Hello guys
im goin to buy mixer to plugin 2gb's and maybe somethin more like laptop to support it all ))))
so what i wanna from this mixer device:
1. small size (preferable)
2. 3 or 4 stereo channels with EQ (hi mid low) on each channel
3. FX processor inside (this point could be optional)

so ive found some:
1.http://www.behringer.com/1002FX/index.cfm?lang=ENG
2.http://www.behringer.com/802/index.cfm?lang=ENG
3.http://www.audiomidi.com/L-6-DSP-Mixing-Console-P7211.aspx#

i have the following oppinions:
First one is good , has FX processor -maybe its not a good quality but nice as addition detail=> BUT (!) it has no EQ for stereo channels - just 2 for mono
The second one is good either - it has EQ for each stereo channel => BUT it has just 2 stereo channel at all (dont take rc in mind)
The third is kinda mix of the first and the second one - it has 2 stereo channels with EQ on them + FX built in processor....the only thing im affraid of is its trademark - didnt met it before - so i dunno is this mixer good at all....

As you see - yeach mixer has its strong and weak sides... but what to do....
So im totally confused wich mixer should i buy.... maybe you can suggest me some other modells .
Actualy i dont have practice with gb - ive made music at my PC before =>just using 8 bit sound synth's, so i dunno maybe i need to limit myself with just 2 stereo channels . Or maybe theres no need in EQ's for 8 bit music (simple is simple)....  or even its better to care of DJ's mixer .....
