Invitation to Chip O'Lantern Compilation
Hey lovely people,
You are invited to join the _Chip O'Lantern_ project.
It's a net compilation of 8bit / chipstyled spooky tracks to be
released online this Halloween!
*The tracks must be inspired in B Cult Horror Movies, or at least
Halloween related. The ideal should be a cheepo Soundtrack
4 some horror issues...
*The DEADline for submitting your tracks is OCTAber 25th.
*Format: joint-Stereo mp3 VBR 80-128kbps ( 3-6 minutes per track)
*Contact/ send your track to: quiebre@yahoo.com
*(some tracks would be refused if we feel they
don't fit in the concept for this SHOT)
It's actually important to give PEACE for the DEAD!!! :C
*you can use any CREEPY instrumentation on it, but keep it chippin'
and not too harsh, dead are already in a bad mood..
*To be Released online in october 31th

Feel free to send us any DeadLike tasty chippy track!
Let your gameboy express yourself! :) Dead is not exclusive of humans, I almost killed my beloved VL-1 with an unproper power source, damaged logic, now is deep in deliriums! more than ever :)
btw: we have an Horrifing Quality Filter, but I guess we'll keep it quiet as death hehe...

maybe i'll have something for you soon, yes ... because i've already been working on some things with the mood of the fall ...
since there can be mp3 i think i'll have some haiku vox 
we'll see ... there's also the eat-rabbit compilation this month, and i've got to get ready for europe, YIKES!

I'm not sure if I had your mail, are you using some alternative name?
H4x, I liked the tracks you sent! Specially the last one ^_^
Btw, we are reaching the limit of tracks planned for this comp.
We'll close the accepting for submissions or maybe do a bonus edition after the
official 13 tracks Gloomy Jack comp
He had very good quality tracks!

i'm from France
It's just that I haven't sent an email yet...
I was planning to finish my track this week-end but since I'm working on a remix at the same time, things have been slowed down.
It'll be finish on 29 for sure, I just have to find a cable for recording my stuff....

It's ok, it is finished but I got some problems with Hard Disk recording

A few questions.
First, is 3-6 minutes a suggestion or does it have to be that long ('cause mines 1:24!).
And 2, how exactly should we submit them? Email with attachment? Upload to rapidshare/yousendit?

Oh, I thought in a new compilation for 2007, actually an Idea born in 2005 during the making of the first comp.
The new one is the Italo Horror Movies Soundtrack covers compilation, we need some fancy name
Maybe RED SPAGHETTI???
or Even Red Fettuccini ?? hih...
well, it's maybe not the simplest Idea but I think italian horror movies are in the hell of coolnes
please let me know any subgestion.

for me italian horror movies are the best!
and the soundtracks, a pure wonder! fabio frizzi, riz ortolani, claudio simonetti and the fantastic Goblin!
unfortunatly i am very bad for finding a name (its worst with english)
maybe a name with giallo inside, "8bit giallo".
