Commodore 64c

My Commodore 64c broke after many months of loyal service.  I can get SAM to say a few words but then the sid gets really warm and starts buzzing.  Whenever I try to load a tracker of any variety it starts the same buzzing/heat issue.  If anyone has had this experience before/knows whats going on (overheating is my guess) I'd be happy to hear about it.

Also, on a related note, if anyone has a working commodore with an 8580 sid I'd take it off their hands for a fair price.
